Exit sign at MFA

When I was walking down the stairs to the courtyard space in MFA, I saw this sign and immediately took a picture. The contrast between the old exit sign and the smoothness of precast concrete makes this picture interesting and compelling. When I walk though MFA, I tend to find many interesting things other than the artworks.

East Pond, Smithfield ME

Photography has become one of my hobbies. I can find a new beauty every time I look the world through the lens. This is a picture of East Pond in Smithfield, Maine. Maine is absolutely beautiful through out the year and it is my home in America.

What I love about these pictures is how the lake changes drastically the scenery and atmosphere all the time. It depends on the time of the day, weather, temperature and seasons. It is almost like the lake has mood swings.
